my skills
Used API calls to get public data from FamilySearch genealogical database. Scraped and cleaned data, developed an analysis algorithm to identify errant database entries, and autonomously edit and update over 10,000 people entries for FamilySearch’s database. My algorithm will continue to be used in the future to reach a predicted 2 million database edits. Currently coauthoring an academic paper to be published on the project.
Full development cycle of a social mobile application based on meeting new people and sharing meals together. Meet & Eat gives people new opportunities connect with others in a safe and open environement, all while enjoying their favorite foods. UI/UX design, prototyping including wireframe and full color mockups, persona development, usability testing, as well as final development of the app. Google Maps integration.
